Loyalty card

When you register a loyalty card we keep your name, mobile number, email, optional birthday, the dates of your visits, your stars and rewards, and any prize-draw entries. We use these to run the loyalty scheme and prize draws. We only text you about offers if you ticked the box, and you can change that on your card page or ask us at any time.

Website visits

To understand how the website is used we record each page visit: the page, the time, your IP address, approximate location worked out from it (town and country), your device type, model, operating system and browser, screen size, language, how long you stayed, and the site that sent you. We use this to see how people find us and to keep automated traffic out. We don't use advertising trackers or set tracking cookies. Visit records are deleted after 12 months, and records we identify as automated (bots) after 7 days.

Who else sees it

Our website and data are hosted by Cloudflare. Booking is handled by Fresha under their own privacy policy. If you agreed to texts, your number is passed to our SMS provider only to send them. We never sell your information.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Ask in the shop or call 07944 142498. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
